Do I have to pay tax on my rentals?
All applicable taxes or fees are already included in the prices listed.
Yes we do! We are park approved. We can rent at any location including, but not limited to street fairs, schools, churches and fundraiser events. If we are not on a park’s approved list that you want to rent at, please let us know and we can forward our information to them.
Can I bring my own generator to the park and still rent a jumper from you?
If you are going to have your party at a park or anywhere that does not have and available outlet, then you have to rent a generator from us. For liability purposes, we cannot let you use your own generator with our equipment.
What time do you deliver and pick up the rentals?
We deliver between 9am and 12pm and pick up between 6pm-9pm. If you are having your party at a park, then we can work out a later delivery and/ or earlier pick up time if needed. We always try to accommodate to our customers, so delivery and pick up times can be a little flexible.
Are you licensed and insured to conduct business?
We are fully licensed and insured. That’s why we are on the park’s approved listings. We can deliver and set up at to any place that you will be having your event at.
All of our rentals have a $60 minimum before a delivery fee is applied, (if a delivery fee is applicable.) The only exception is if there is a special that is advertised lower than the $60 minimum and you are within our free delivery area.
*Please make sure that the jumper and other rentals are clean at the time of pick up. We thoroughly clean and sanitize all of our rentals prior to each delivery, so if there are any kind of out of the ordinary messes, you may be charged a cleaning fee of up to $40. If there is any type of food, candy, silly string, ect. found in the jumper, you will automatically be charged a cleaning fee of $40.
